The 57th International Symposium on Forestry Mechanization (FORMEC) will be held in Joensuu, Finland, from June 9 to 13, 2025.

This year’s symposium will take place under the theme Harnessing novel technologies to execute sustainable and low-carbon wood supply.

The conference will be organized by the University of Eastern Finland (UEF), the Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke), the University of Helsinki, and Metsäteho Oy, with the forest machine manufacturer Ponsse Plc as the main partner.

SingleTree will participate in the event with a poster exhibition, contributing to the exchange of knowledge and innovation in sustainable forestry practices.
